Full Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment within 3 working days of registration and has not yet attended any classes, they may be eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: If a student discontinues the course within the first week due to valid personal or academic reasons, a partial refund may be considered upon review.
No Refund: Fees will not be refunded if the student has already completed one week of classes or accessed significant course content, whether online or offline.
Payments made for one-time workshops, webinars, or certification seminars are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by SR Brain Point or a payment error is reported within 3 working days.
For students enrolled under EMI or installment-based payment plans, no refund will be made once any installment has been paid. Adjustments or rescheduling may be offered in exceptional cases upon written request.
In case of class cancellations or interruptions due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics), we may offer to reschedule the classes or provide future course credits. Refunds will be at the discretion of the institute.
